Hotflow 3/20 Reflow System (le/ri)

The ERSA Hotflow 3/20 Hybrid is the third machine

generation based on the proven & proprietary Ersa heating

technology. The HOTFLOW 3/20 is 10 zone Reflow Oven. It

was developed for highest demands on process and

throughput.   The   machine   is   available   with

Multi-Track-Conveyor.

All major parts are delivered from Ersa in Germany and

assembled by Kurtz Ersa Corporation in Zhuhai, China.

The basic system contains following configuration:

· Process tunnel with PCB clearance top +25mm / bottom

-35 mm (special heights on request)

· In feed length: 700 mm

· Process length: 5150 mm
